Return Process

  Log into your Latifs account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
